Designed to assist in professional advancement within the firm, the program provided practical insights and strategies for building relationships, developing business and strengthening rainmaking skills.
Moderated by Patricia Leonard, the seminar featured partners Meredith Delcamp, Juli James, Patricia Flanagan, Jamie Wasserman and Aliette DelPozo Rodz, who shared practical insights and personal experiences on developing clients and building a book of business. The panel discussed strategies for balancing business development with demanding work schedules and personal responsibilities, including integrating marketing into everyday activities and identifying practical ways to make relationship-building a consistent part of their professional routines.
